Amit Singh For Congress 1021 Fundraiser

Last Friday, I attended the Amit Singh fundraiser.  Amit is running against Mark Ellmore in the 8th Congressional District race.  I know in the past that I have been sharply critical of Ron Paul, but I believe that his principles on limited government and reducing taxes are just the exact prescription our country needs.  Amit shares these views that will only unify and strengthen our party.  Besides we need someone who will not back down on his stances by saying one thing,  then converting himself to be appealing to the party (more on this tomorrow evening).   Amit’s campaign raised $9,000 at this fundraiser, which is impressive considering that he has been getting out there with his message.

Check out Amit’s website for more information about his views and visions for the 8th Congressional District.

This is a great piece Crystal Clear. The more I hear about Amit Singh the more I like.

Is this a crystalclearconservative official endorsement of Amit Singh, or is it too early for that?

I enjoyed this Miss. Weeks. I’d be happy to arrange an interview between you and Mr. Singh. Keep up the good work.

I really want to learn some more about Amit Singh and his campaiging for congress. is there infact somethig planned to have him talk or interviewed on the blog?

I don’t agree with everything he says, but still, it’s like 90%. Ellmore makes me cringe with his socialist positions and Moran is, well, Moran.

The more I read about Amit Singh, the more I want to help out. He’s a young guy so it’s refreshing to see this, especially in Arlington / Alexandria.

I’ve already donated $50 and as soon as my next paycheck comes in, I’ll send in $50 more. These guys need money. $9,000 is nice, but against Moran, that’s chump change.

I gotta hand it to them, though, they definitely have the edge when it comes to fundraising parties. Check out the “Amit Singh Filing FIESTA” at the 11th Street Lounge?!!

How’d they pull that off?

These guys are fun!!

I met with Mr. Singhs campaign manager last night and I must say I was very impressed. I am planning on jumping on board his campaing as soon as possible. What was most refreshing was his desire and passion about restoring conservatism to the Republican Party.

This is the official endorsement of Amit Singh for Congress in the 8th District. There will be a live blog and/or interview with the candidate at a future date. Additionally, there is a need to unify the party and energize our base. This can only be done through returning to our limited governance principles, reducing taxes and ensuring a strong national defense.

One lesson that was learned through this blog is to do more research before making a valid assumption about a candidate. I know that a prior post about Mr. Singh was extremely critical, and a good writer should always conduct more thorough research before making accusations. Mr. Singh reached out to me and provided me more information about his campaign. Through this, I gained more respect for Mr. Singh and his campaign.

Mr. Singh does NOT support a fence on the border, therefore he supports amnesty. To all 8th district GOPs, REJECT AMIT!

“Ellmore opposed the construction of a fence, saying it would be too isolationist.”

Who opposes the border fence now?

Certainly not Amit.

As he said, building a fence, border control, etc. are all well and good, but they only slow down the problem. We need to punish employers hiring illegal immigrants, end the welfare state, and NEVER give amnesty.
